Catena (Tena) Calanna is the Chief Executive Officer and driving force behind the success of Elba.
Tena has been with Elba since it's very beginning and as such has gained a great deal of experience operating this Not-For-Profit organisation.
It is quite obvious from talking with our members and Board of Management members that Tena is held in very high regard by all.
Tena is a lateral and innovative thinker to which the success of Elba is a testimony.
Adrian Mason is the Chairman of our Board of Management, he is a car buff and he is also a quadriplegic.
Adrian is an integral part of our organisation and maintains a very hands-on role. He blends his life's experiences and unique insight into the world of people with disabilities and mixes this with great compassion, intelligence and humanity which, when added to our existing Elba formula creates a potent cocktail of true experience, professionalism and committment.
Jaimee Cottrell is our Roster Coordinator.
Jaimee is new to our team and is very enthusiastic about taking on the challenges that this pivotal role presents.
Jaimee and the rest of our Operations team work very hard to put in place a roster which has been designed around the wants and needs of our members.
Merrylin Trimble is our Field Supervisor who is responsible for ensuring that our Members are being looked after correctly and that all of their needs are being met.
Merrylin has obtained all of the nessesary tertiary qualifications to ensure that she can offer our Members and Support Workers practical advice and assistance to ensure that our Membes are able to live independently in their own homes in safety and with confidence.
Dennis Rollans is the Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and as such his role is a very flexible one.
Should you phone the office to speak with the Chief Executive Officer you will most likely be put through to Dennis in the first instance.
Dennis brings a broad menu of experience and skills to the Elba team.
Stefanie Gaglia is our delightful Payroll/Account Officer.
Stefanie not only makes sure that we all get paid on time but she also keeps very accurate records of our client's funds and ensures that we are in compliance with all govrnment regulations.
Ryan James is our Alternatives to Employment (ATE) program co-ordinator.
Ryan has brought with him a level of enthusiasm and quiet confidence that will ensure he will successfully direct this program and bring great benefits to our members who are part of the ATE program.
Ryan has immersed himself quite quickly and professionally into this most strategic role and stands ready to deliver a quality program which will be of great benefit to our participating members and will prove to be both equally satisfying and truly beneficial.
Jaimee's is the first voice that you will generally hear as he welcomes you to Elba as our very helpful and pleasant Receptionist.
Jaimee will be happy to direct your call to the most appropriate person to look after your enquiry or indeed take a message for them and pass it on should they be unavailable when you call.
